Doug Davenport

Doug Davenport

With three decades of hands-on experience in environmental and construction management, Doug has built a career on getting complex projects done right. From large-scale pipeline construction to solar farm development, hazardous waste remediation, and environmental compliance work, he's tackled a wide range of challenges across some of the most demanding terrain and regulatory environments in the country.

Doug has led teams of environmental inspectors, managed multimillion-dollar restoration and construction contracts, and built strong working relationships with clients, regulators, and landowners along the way. He's known for his attention to detail, his ability to keep projects in compliance, and his knack for solving problems in the field.

Doug holds a Class A CDL and a long list of safety and environmental certifications and has been a proud member of IUOE Local 103 since 1987.

Doug lives in Nineveh, Indiana.

Terry Gwinnup

Terry Gwinnup

Terry has spent decades building a reputation as a trusted leader in environmental and restoration services. As President of Gwinnup's Restoration & Environmental Service, based in Indianapolis, Indiana, he's guided the company through work spanning oil and gas right-of-way projects, power transmission, and engineered containment environments, with a focus on getting projects to successful completion efficiently and within budget, all while keeping safety and environmental stewardship front and center.

Under Terry's leadership, the company has built a reputation for innovative solutions and strong best practices in site remediation, serving clients across the energy, environmental services, and land access industries. He brings deep expertise in construction, contract negotiation, strategic planning, and public relations to every project.

Terry is a graduate of Rushville High School and lives in Milroy, Indiana.

BAM keeps this page short on purpose. Two seats carry the work: the field and the contract. Both answer directly to the GC, EPC, or developer who signed the scope.
