The soil test sets the mix
Seed, lime, and fertilizer rates come off the soil test and the specification for that area, not off a default tank recipe carried from the last job.
Quality / Standard

Quality at BAM Services: the mix follows the soil test, application is recorded, and close-out is handed over as a document, not a claim.
The standard
Stabilization either holds and can be shown to have been done to the specification, or it comes back as rework in the middle of someone else's phase. BAM treats the document trail as part of the scope, the same as the seed and the fence.
Stabilized. Vegetated. Documented.
Specified mix and records
01
Seed, lime, and fertilizer rates come off the soil test and the specification for that area, not off a default tank recipe carried from the last job.
02
Area, mix, and rate are written down while the work is happening, so the number in the record is the number that went on the ground.
03
Work is tracked by the area a reviewer can find on the plan (slope, corridor station, basin, pad), so a question about one area does not reopen the whole site.
Inspection and close-out
01
BAM walks the finished area against the plan first: coverage, controls, edges, and the spots that will be questioned. Corrections happen before anyone else has to write them up.
02
Items raised by the GC or the inspector come back closed with what was done and where, not verbally.
03
Vegetated work is followed through germination, growth, and the mowing or repair it needs until the stand is accepted rather than declared.
04
The applied record, soil test, and close-out documentation go to the GC with the area, so the package is complete when the phase closes.
BAM does not claim third-party quality certification on this page. Program-specific documentation is provided with prequalification.
